We are seeking a plumbing and business manager to assist with the day to day running of our plumbing business. Only strong candidates will be considered that fulfill all our requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Overseeing daily running of business
· Planning daily jobs and morning allocations including, weekly vehicle checks and toolbox checks
· Quotes and site visits
· Customer relations and queries /complaints
· Coc audits, reports and submissions
· Expanding New business
· All plumbing on tools as well as management – such as geyser replacements, blockages, drain cleaning, leaks, leak findings.
· Collection and delivery of materials to site · Leadership with plumbers – guiding them/ overseeing installations and job completion
· Resultant Damage quotes and photos
The candidate should be able to manage teams and operations. Have a deep proficiency and understanding of compliance. Be able to deal with customer queries and be able to multi task. We need a hands on plumber who can work and also be capable of doing reports and quotes. You will need an understanding of costings and be able to provide a bill of quantities. Business skills are a requirement and a day to day running of a business would be preferred.

– Experience in setting up operations and systems
– Ability to manage over 13 staff including possible HR issues

Both Directors are active in the business so the candidate would report directly to the Directors.
