Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations.

Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.

Monitor system performance and security to ensure optimal operation and data protection.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to streamline operations and enhance security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and requirements.

Train and mentor junior IT staff members to improve overall team capabilities.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5 -7 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Proficiency in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) preferred.

Experience with N-able Technologies Advantageous.

Experience supporting a manufacturing environment Advantageous.
