Our Client is looking for an Interior Designer, located in Centurion.
Duties & Responsibilities
QUALIFICATION:
5 – 10 year experience in Interior design industry. (Hospitality experience is beneficial)
Interior design diploma or degree

JOB TYPE:
Permanent.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent design portfolio
– Strong visual and graphic design skills
– Strong client communication and presentation skills.
– Strong organisation and time management skills

– Competent in Revit – space planning, technical drawings, modelling.
– Competent in 3d Rendering (Lumion experience beneficial)
– Competent in Adobe Photoshop – creating mood boards and editing renders
– Competent in MS PowerPoint – creating presentations
– Competent in MS Excel – documenting FF&E schedules

– Ability to work as part of a team – integrated workflow between structural designers, electricians, plumbers, and interior design sub-contractors.
– Ability to work independently – only interior designer in the company.

DUTIES:
– Spatial layouts
– Interior design concept and design development
– Mood boards
– Furniture, finishes, electrical and plumbing layouts
– Bespoke shopfitting design
– 3d Renders
– Presentation design
– Source and specify furniture, finishes and fittings
– Create FF&E schedules
– Cost estimates and final cost spreadsheets
– Client Meetings & Presentations
– Consulting with and managing sub-contractor Interior Designers and their deliverables
– Consulting with and managing bespoke shopfitting manufacturers and their deliverables
– Maintaining and utilizing relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors pertaining to interior design.
