Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant with strong sales experience who can grow the Cleaning and Hygiene Department
Your main duties will be to grow the company portfolio and achieve predetermined sales targets by promoting and selling our services by:
Penetrating an allocated sales area and sourcing potential new customers
Contacting your own client base to provide solutions for their current, growing new needs
Key Performance areas and responsibilities are and not limited to;
Cold calling and tele-canvassing
Servicing existing clients and identifying cross selling opportunities
Quotations
Presentations and proposals to new or existing customers
Attending tender meetings
Site surveys to identify client needs
Complete risk assessment for every client proposal
Client retention, building and maintaining professional client relationships
Attend to allocated customer termination threats with the objective to retain and resign the customer
Ensure the usage of the correct Personal Protective Equipment
Ensure company and client Health & Safety requirements are met
Portray professional image in line with Corporate identity
Desired Experience & Qualification
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & CRITICAL EXPERIENCE
Valid unendorsed driver’s licence
Own reliable car
Record of a minimum of 4 years field selling experience
Above average communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal)
Numerical acumen
Computer literate
Business acumen
Cleaning, Pest and Hygiene experience (advantageous)
Clear criminal record
Grade 12
