Experience in IT field encompassing all IT related items as well as support on general items such as CCTV, Access control and Telephony VOIP services.
Duties & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a IT Support Technician located in Durban.
Knowledge and Experience in Access Control, CCTV, DVR, networking, software support, Gate automation, routers, telephony VOIP systems.
Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting on desktop computers, printers, and other related peripherals. The Desktop Support Technician will also be responsible for computer repair tasks and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Networking, Server, CCTV, DVR, VOIP
Desktop Computers and Printer Support skills
Experience in computer repair and technical issue resolution
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in a similar role is beneficial
Relevant IT certifications are advantageous
