Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitate Plumbing trade programme, covering theoretical learning as per NQF Levels, SAQA, SETA ETQA, NAMB, and QCTO guidelines.

Prepare formative and summative assessments and practical tasks.

Develop assessment criteria aligned with programme objectives.

Manage student’s attendance and administration of their documents.

Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.

Establish a positive classroom environment and engage learners effectively.

Provide constructive feedback to support skill development.

Ensure fairness and consistency in assessments.

Collaborate to improve curriculum and instructional methods.

Communicate assessment outcomes clearly.

Stay updated on industry standards and trends.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric/N2/NCV L4 Qualification.

Plumber Trade Certificate (Artisan).

Assessor and Moderator certification on NQF Level 4.

Work Experience:

2-3 years of facilitating experience.

Proven leadership facilitation and assessment experience.

Familiarity with legislative and quality assurance requirements.
